This program addresses these challenges with an AI-driven loan management system that helps lenders assess borrower risk, track loans, and manage repayments efficiently. The platform generates risk scores based on key data such as identity details, loan amounts, collateral value, and repayment behavior, enabling informed decision-making. Its core innovation lies in establishing a borrower database that allows credit checks via ID numbers, which identifies cross-platform multiple borrowing and non-repayment behaviors. This effectively reduces fraud risk and strengthens borrower accountability while building credit histories for trustworthy borrowers, improving their access to fair and stable credit.

The program adopts a subscription-based business model tailored to small-scale lenders. The system is designed to be simple and easy to deploy even in environments with limited resources and low technical capacity. Currently, the program is being implemented in Sinda, Lusaka, and Kitwe, Zambia.
