This program empowers young people in underserved areas through digital skills training, social entrepreneurship development, and climate advocacy. Operating on a 6- to 12-month cycle, the initiative organizes two online sessions and one in-person professional training each month for youth in economically disadvantaged regions such as Peshawar and Bannu, helping them transition from job seekers to entrepreneurs, master new technological tools, and improve their quality of life.

Since its launch, the program has evolved from localized workshops in the Bannu region into a scalable ecosystem platform serving multiple areas across Pakistan. It has directly trained more than 200 young people, facilitated the signing of five memorandums of understanding, and incubated two spin-off platforms, Founders Club and Opportunity Exploration, helping marginalized youth become skilled and capable technology-oriented young people.

The program has been featured by organizations including the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan, and was selected as a case study in the UNDP Youth Co:Lab report.
