
On June 14, guests gathered at the registration area of the 2026 World Youth Development Forum in Wuhan, Hubei Province. They stood in a circle and posed for photos with their conference badges in hand.
The 2026 World Youth Development Forum is held in Wuhan from June 14 to 17 under the theme "Youth Drive Development, for a Better World". The event features Opening Ceremony and Plenary Session and three themed forums: Creative Economy and Trend Culture, Artificial Intelligence and Youth Empowerment, and Volunteerism and Poverty Reduction. The 2026 Acceleration Week for Global Youth Development Programs, along with various exchange, training and field visit activities, will also take place during the forum.
Around 500 participants from more than 120 countries are attending, including heads of UN agencies, youth ministers from various countries, leaders of youth organizations, core practitioners of youth development programs and outstanding young representatives from all walks of life.
