From December 1 to 6, representatives from youth affairs institutions and youth councils, as well as young science and technology innovation experts and entrepreneurs from countries including Brazil, China, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Russia, South Africa, and the United Arab Emirates, came to China to participate in the 2025 BRICS Youth Leaders Campus on Science, Technology and Innovation. They visited Xiamen and Quanzhou in Fujian Province.

Themed “Youth-Led Tech Innovation, Co-Creating a Shared Future,” the campus was hosted by the All-China Youth Federation and organized by the China International Youth Exchange Center and the Fujian Provincial Youth Federation. During the campus, the 2025 BRICS Youth Dialogue on Science and Technology Innovation was held.

On December 2, BRICS youth representatives visited the China-BRICS New Era Science and Technology Innovation Incubation Park.

On December 2, BRICS youth representatives visited Minnan-themed immersive cultural park "Time Meets Island" to experience traditional culture.

On December 2, a Global Youth Development Project Promotion Conference was convened.

On December 3, BRICS youth representatives visited Xiamen Mengjia Network Technology Co., Ltd.

On December 3, BRICS youth representatives visited Meitu Inc.

On December 3, the BRICS Youth Dialogue on Science and Technology Innovation was held in Xiamen.

On December 4, BRICS youth representatives visited Jomoo Group and exchanged views with representatives from Chinese enterprises.

On December 5, BRICS youth representatives visited the Wudianshi Traditional Blocks in Quanzhou to learn about traditional Jinjiang-style residences and ancient folk-characteristic architecture, and to discuss pathways for innovative development in cultural tourism.

On December 5, BRICS youth representatives visited Kelme Group and exchanged views with representatives from Chinese enterprises.
