From November 5 to 12, representatives including heads of youth organizations, key members of exemplary youth development projects, and entrepreneurship mentors from Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states - China, Belarus, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and observer state Mongolia - visited China to participate in the 2025 SCO Youth Campus. Their itinerary included visits to Qingdao and Jinan in Shandong Province, as well as Urumqi in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
Themed "Empower Youth with Digital Skills: Creating New Impetus for SCO Development," the camp was hosted by the All-China Youth Federation and organized by institutions including the China Youth Daily, the China International Youth Exchange Center, the Shandong Provincial Youth Federation, and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regional Youth Federation.
The 2025 SCO Youth Development Forum Was Held
The 2025 SCO Youth Development Forum was held in Qingdao, Shandong Province, on November 6, under the theme “Empower Youth with Digital Skills: Creating New Impetus for SCO Development.” The forum was attended by 150 youth representatives from SCO member states: China, Belarus, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and observer state Mongolia.
